The large open-top also allows non-target species to enter and exit freely, minimising the potential for bycatch while still providing an efficient way to net yabbies. The net opening is also reinforced with a fixed wire frame to keep it in perfect alignment and to prevent the net from stretching out of shape.

The 600 x 600mm base and the triangular side frames slot together into a rigid form with the help of a secure-lock mechanism. The triangular articulation of the locking-slot also resists slipping and it acts as a perfect tie point for the included lift rope.

The Yabby Pyramid Nets are constructed with durable, high-quality mesh in a natural grey/green colour tone. The nets also feature a collapsible design for easy transport and storage.
